How long will my items take to ship?

Once orders are received and processed, shipping will take 5 to 7 business days for completion.

If I am not satisfied with my order, will I get a refund?

All purchases are final. Nevertheless, if your bracelet(s) break within 15 days of completed delivery, you will receive a free item repair.
